Eng. Benson Mushavi
Managing Director
Eng. Benson Mushavi is a seasoned civil and bridge engineer with over 27 years of experience. He holds a Master of Science in Bridge Engineering and an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe, along with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Civil Engineering.
As Managing Director, he has led impactful projects, including road construction and stormwater drainage at Timire Park, Ruwa, and the Emergency Road Rehabilitation Programme for Harare. His leadership has been crucial to PREINFRA’s growth and the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
A respected member of the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers, Eng. Mushavi has contributed to sector reforms, such as establishing the Zimbabwe National Road Administration (ZINARA). He is also dedicated to mentoring young engineers, fostering a culture of excellence within his teams.
